Dr. Stephen Ferrara, is a practicing Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience. He is on the Experts Panel for Lifestyle Wellness Network which connect advance practice clinicians, healing arts practitioners and patients. Integrative Tele-Health is the focus of the Network.
He is the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs at Columbia University School of Nursing. Dr. Ferrara has owned and operated the largest Nurse Practitioner retail based clinic operation in New York State. He also has experience in college, correctional and men’s health. Dr. Ferrara has a passion for health care technology and integrating evidence-based practice into daily practice. He holds a post-graduate certificate in health information technology from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. In addition, he is the Executive Director of The Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State (The NPA-NY) and is adjunct faculty at Pace University on the Pleasantville and Manhattan campuses in New York. Dr. Ferrara, DNP, RN, FNP, is a graduate of Pace University.
